Come and see Jerry Donahue, the man who Danny Gatton called “the string-bending king of the planet” perform a free concert/masterclass. Jerry is a perennial Guitar Player magazine Reader's Poll winner in the Best Country Guitarist category. In 1994, Guitar Shop magazine named Return Of The Hellecasters "Guitar Album Of The Year" and described Jerry's string-bending technique as that which could only be accomplished by a "four-armed pedal steeler. Richard Starkey of Martin Guitars will also be on hand and give a lecture/demo on guitar construction, woods, and acoustical properties, as he demonstrates the tonality of different guitars from the Martin family's 160-year-old tradition. Bring in your guitar for free evaluations.
